Vecos’ software, Releezeme, is user configurable, allowing the user to set up access levels, groups, permissions and more. This complete customisation gives the user choice, offering an array of booking options. Releezeme provides a transparent, user friendly and secure system for managing user data, giving insight to make intelligent and informed business decisions. Full training is supplied by Schiavello, and continued support is available.

User control.
Releeze Me includes access to a dedicated app, allowing locker users and locker administration access through their mobile phones. Releeze Me allows users to remotely book, open, or release a locker at any time, anywhere. For complete synergy, Releeze Me can also be incorporated into a company’s app.

Secure.
Incorporated safety measures against burglary, power outages and privacy theft make Vecos a stress-free factor in your management tasks. In addition, push-touch doors mean locker doors will never pop open – an important consideration for both safety and security.

Auto updates and reporting.
Releeze Me incorporates automatic quarterly updates, meaning there is no reliance on servers or other hardware, eliminating scheduling and downtime for updates. It also allows for reporting on how lockers are being used, frequency of use and staff behaviours. This is able to inform future purchasing decisions for maximum efficiency and configurable business rules, while eliminating the need for a facility manager to manually oversee locker bookings or on-boarding.

Nura Space is a workplace management software designed to intuitively support, understand and optimise workspaces and how people use them. By leveraging a combination of smart technology, data and behavioural science, Nura Space allows employers and their teams to curate a workplace experience centred on wellbeing, safety and efficiency. Team members can book, check-in and nominate a personalised desk height, preferred locker location or meeting room, ensuring a seamless and consistent set up where-ever they work. Real-time behaviour analytics track workplace and desk utilisation, providing insights to shape the ideal workplace and guide key decisions on the number and placement of physical assets within a space.
